Pricing

The sales prices shall be the amounts indicated on each product page (displayed price including consumption tax). Please note that shipping fees may apply separately. For detailed shipping costs, please refer to the respective product pages.

Shipping and Delivery

- Within Japan

• Free shipping on orders of ¥20,000 or more.

• A shipping fee of ¥880 will be charged for orders under ¥20,000.

Please note: In the event that a shipped product is returned to us due to long-term absence or other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for re-delivery.

- International Shipping (Outside Japan)

Shipping fees vary depending on the currency automatically displayed based on your region. We ship via Japan Post. Depending on your country or region, customs duties, taxes, or other fees may be incurred upon receipt. In such cases, the recipient is responsible for the payment of all customs duties and taxes.

- Shipping Schedule

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation. Please understand that delays may occur due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Methods and Timing

• Payment Methods: We accept credit card payments and PayPal.

• Payment Timing: Payment is confirmed at the time of order placement.

• Automatic Cancellation: Orders will be automatically cancelled if the payment deadline passes.

Return Policy

Please be advised that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience (e.g., change of mind). Due to system synchronization, inventory discrepancies may occasionally occur. As a result, an item may be out of stock even after an order has been completed. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will notify you accordingly.

Refund Policy

If the product delivered is defective, please notify us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receipt and return the product to us. We will provide an exchange or, if the item is out of stock, a full refund of the purchase price.

Please note that we cannot accept refunds for the following items:

• Items that have been in your possession for more than 7 days after delivery.

• Items that have been used.

• Items with missing parts or accessories (such as hang tags, etc.) due to the customer's responsibility.

• Items that are damaged or soiled due to the customer's responsibility.

• Items without the "Delivery Note" (Invoice) included in the original package.

• Any other cases similar to the above where we deem a return to be unacceptable.
