Refund policy
Returns
Please be advised that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference). All sales are final unless the item is defective.
Due to system synchronization, inventory discrepancies may occasionally occur. Consequently, an item may be out of stock even after an order has been successfully completed. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will provide a full refund via the original payment method.
Refunds for Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us via our Inquiry Form within 7 days of receipt. After we confirm your notification, please return the item to us. We will provide a replacement for the defective item. If the item is out of stock and a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:

If more than 7 days have passed since the delivery of the product.

If the product has been used.

If any parts or accessories (including hang tags, labels, etc.) are missing due to the customer's handling.

If the product is damaged, soiled, or altered while in the customer's possession.

If the "Delivery Note" (Invoice) included in the package is lost.

Any other cases similar to the above where we determine, at our sole discretion, that the return is unacceptable.
